BLUE CRUISE ITINERARY
|
|
PICK UP INFORMATION
Pickups are not provided from outside Fethiye (Calis, Oludinez, Hisaronu
etc.) so please check the location of your accommodation when you book. We
suggest you check where your hotel is located when booking. However pick ups
from outside Fethiye can be arranged at an additional cost.
DAY 1 - Fethiye to St Nicholas Island (L, D)
You will be collected from your hotel in Fethiye at around 10:00 to 10:45am. We
will then leave Fethiye harbour around 11-11.45 am and head to Butterfly Valley
for swimming and lunch and an optional hike up to the waterfall. We will also
visit Oludinez beach- Europe's most stunning beach and you have the option to
paraglide in one of the best spots in the world here. We will anchor at St.
Nicholas Island for the night where you can walk up through the island's ruins
and witness the spectacular sunset.
DAY 2 - St Nicholas Island to Kas (B, L, D)
Today we cruise to Aquarium Bay for breakfast & swimming and then to Kas harbour
for lunch. You will have time to explore this small Turkish town and its
handmade jewellery stores. We will spend the night in one of the secluded bays
between Kas and Kekova.
DAY 3 - Kas to Demre (B, L)
Discover the Sunken City, cruising over the ancient ruins of this World Heritage
site. You will cruise to Simena Castle where you can walk up to the top and
witness a magical view over the bay, taking in the underwater Lycian Tombs and
the Sunken City. Disembark from Cayagzi (Andriake) Harbour after a late
afternoon lunch.
AFTER DISEMBARKING
Free transfer to Demre bus station where you can catch buses to other
destinations. Buses to Antalya depart every 30 min, buses to Kas or Fethiye
depart every hour and no need (can't) pre-book these buses.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This itinerary is a 1 day shorter version of the 4 day Fethiye to Olympos
cruise. All efforts will be made to follow this itinerary, however in cases of
poor weather and/or sea conditions, this schedule may change. This could include
altered daily plans and overnight stops. In these situations all efforts will be
made to consult customers on alternative options, no money will be refunded.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Optional activities are available on this route. At an extra cost the following
activities are available:
- Paragliding over Oludeniz Beach
- Diving in Kas
- Various water sports including water skiing, wakeboarding, banana rides and
jet skiing

What to expect
|
|
Our Blue Cruises are a
must do if travelling to southern Turkey and you want to see the Mediterranean.
They are an overall highlight for many of our guests who have travelled to
Turkey. However, please read this section on what to expect from your trip.
• We use our standard gulets for our regular cabin cruises. In some cases they
will be equipped with AC however, are not turned on for these particular
cruises. All regular cruises will not provide AC.
• Hotel or cruise comfort should not be expected on standard Blue Cruises. Most
cabins have a private bathroom with showers, enough space for your bags, and
very few have wardrobes and power outlets. Size of cabins also vary on all
boats, they are a comfortable size but may be smaller than expected.
• All our gulets are Turkish handmade and wooden, therefore all are unique in
size, cabin style, bedding configuration and condition. Each gulet is different
and you will rarely find two the same.
