Fethiye Kekova (All Inclusive)

There are many cruises that depart Fethiye for 4 day or weeklong options. This blue cruise that departs Fethiye is a little different from the others as it is actually an all-inclusive package that incorporates your drinks. It is normally a drink package that offers your drinks throughout the day and only alcohol served in the evening. It is a weeklong cruise that returns back into Fethiye Harbour.

The actual cruising experience is almost the same itinerary as many of the others that depart Fethiye. Along the way you will visit the major highlights of this coast including getting time in Kas, visiting beautiful Butterfly Valley, the ruins of St Nicholas Island, Simena Castle and of course cruising past the infamous Oludeniz beach. On this cruise you also have on offer some interesting land excursions if you are looking for a really good mix of being on the ocean plus the land. The land excursions offer you the chance to visit The Ancient City of Myra and St Nicholas Church down in Demre, as well as a tour to Xanthos Ancient City and Saklikent Gorge when you are in and around the Kas area. So this cruise really is a great option for those looking for that real mix of land and sea adventure.

The weeklong gulet cruise down to Kekova is run on a standard Turkish gulet. All cabins are double and give you all private bathroom facilities. You are offered 3 meals a day with afternoon tea and drinks are obviously served with every meal. Your gulet will be equipped with snorkelling gear to share among all the passengers and there is normally an indoor salon as well as plenty of outdoor lounges and sunbeds.

Fethiye Kekova (All Inclusive) Gulet Cruise Itinerary

Check into your gulet starts in the afternoon from around 3pm. You will be welcomed on board by your crew and get to share a welcome drink with them and your fellow passengers whilst being given an introduction to your gulet. As we spend the night in Fethiye Harbour, the afternoon is yours to go wandering through Fethiye old town, visiting the ancient theatre or you may like to walk up to the Ancient Lycian Tombs. Dinner will be served on board. (D)
Our cruising journey begins after breakfast. We leave Fethiye Harbour after feasting on a delicious spread and cruise towards Butterfly Valley. We have lunch here before giving guests the option to either spend some time on the beach or do the optional hike up to the Butterfly Valley Waterfall. For a small local fee which supports the eco projects set up in the valley, you can to the waterfall and hopefully see the variety of moths and butterflies in the area. Our next stop is Oludeniz with pristine blue waters, the stunning blue lagoon and a sky full of paragliders. Paragliding is an optional activity here. Our overnight stop is in St Nicholas Island, the believed birth place of Santa Claus. We moor down in this bay in time for some watersports, and sunset. Our crew will drop you to the island to explore the ruins covering the island, and for the best view point for sunset. (B, L, D)
Early this morning we cruise onto Tersane Bay for a swim and lunch. After lunch we cruise to reach the fishing village of Kale Koy. Here you can visit the medieval castle of Simena with a reasonably intact ancient theater and a great view point to look across the ocean you have just travelled and beyond. Tonight we stay in the vicinity of Kale Koy. (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we cruise along the Lycian coast towards Demre. Here you have the optional extra excursion of going to visit the rock tombs of Myra and local Nicholas Monument and Church. Your journey will then continue on to go past the Sunken City of Kekova, a UNESCO world heritage site. Here you will see parts of the Byzantine city which lie submerged in water. Tonight is spent in Gokkaya Bay. (B, L, D)
This morning we will be hopping from bay to bay for breakfast, lunch and many swimming breaks before we arrive into Kas Harbour in the afternoon. You then have time to go and enjoy the colourful cobbled streets lined with bougainvillea and enjoy the fantastic shopping Kas has to offer. You will find everything from beautiful Turkish scarves, to designer clothing to Kas's specialty - unique silver jewellery. This evening is spent in Kas Harbour. (B, L, D)
We will have breakfast in Kas Harbour before cruising to a small bay along the way to Kalkan for swimming. Here is your optional excursion to go and visit Xanthos, the ancient city and the long gorge of Saklikent. Later in the afternoon, we then cruise onto Yesilkoy Bay in the late afternoon where we settle in for the night. (B, L, D)
Another early start to the cruise this morning to head into the Gulf of Gocek. Here awaiting you are some beautiful beaches and plenty of turquoise blue sea to swim, relax and enjoy your time on board. You have the day to enjoy all these beautiful bays and swimming stops before we will pull into Fethiye harbour in the late afternoon. Dinner is served on board and we spend the night in Fethiye harbour. (B, L, D)
This morning your week long cruise ends after breakfast around 9am. It's time to farewell your crew and fellow passengers. (B) IMPORTANT NOTICE All efforts are made to follow this itinerary, however in cases of poor weather and/or sea conditions, this schedule may change at Captain's discretion.
