Olympos

Olympos How to get here

Olympos

Olympos is directly south down the coast from Antalya. Nearby towns are Kumluca to the south west and Kemer to the north with regular dolmuses (minibuses). Some visitors arrive by sea, anchoring to look at the ruins or even just to lie on the beach and watch the sun set.

Air
Antalya Airport is in the east of the city so transfers involve getting through the City before reaching the coast road. Transfer time is likely to be close to 90 minutes. The airport itself is extremely busy all year round. There are many domestic flights every day of the year to Istanbul and Ankara, services from Turkish Airlines and Pegasus.

International flights direct to most regions of Europe mean that Olympos is extremely accessible to everyone. The number of cheap, charter flights increases during the high season, with the Antalya region rivalling Istanbul for the high volume of traffic.

Bus
Buses run regularly along the coast road in both directions. They are cheap and comfortable. If you want to hire a car for independence then the roads are good and directions easy to follow.

Sea
Olympos is a popular stop for Blue Cruises and independent sailor, visit Blue cruise Olympos for further.
