Cruising the Mediterranean in style and taking in the sea, sights and sun is everyone’s idea of heaven but here at AlaTurka we also know the importance of great food. Our Deluxe Menu offers quality and taste to make your time here in turkey truly memorable.

With ever-changing seasons, ports, amenities and a large range of kitchen amenities, our menus are subject to change. Our skilled chefs will want to show you their speciality dishes so please do not hesitate to let us know of any dietary / health requirements, religious preferences or special requirements.

Adult: 80 € per person, per day / 560 € per week
Children: Age 0-5 free, Age 6 to 12 %50 dicsounted
Minimum total price: 1.500 € / week

Important: Our Deluxe menu is only available on selected Luxury and Luxury plus class Gulets. Please do not hesitate to check with us.

DELUXE MENU

Daily Deluxe Breakfast Menu (Throughout the week excluding Day 1)
Consists of 3 types of the following items: Cheese, Jams, Honey, Olives, and Freshly Baked Bread. Boiled and/or Scrambled Eggs, Omelette or Turkish Menemen. Smoked Chicken /Turkey, Turkish Gozleme /Pancake, Borek or Crepe. Dry Beef, Turkish Sucuk, Sausage, Salami, Tomato, Cucumber, Cornflakes, Cereals, Milk, Yogurt, Seasonal Fruits and Orange juice.

Deluxe Menu every day at tea-time (Throughout the week excluding Day 1)
We will serve Tea, Coffee with cakes and pastries.

Every evening after dinner
Seasonal fruit plates, and the Dessert of the day.

Kuzu Kol Tandir (Leg of Lamb cooked in a Tandoor), Ic Pilav (Rice with Onions, Nuts, Diced Liver and Currants), Garnitur Firin (Baked Vegetable Garnish), Greek Salad, Haydari (Thick Yogurt with Garlic and Dill or Mint), Tahinli Patlican (Mashed Aubergine with Tahini)

Dessert of the day.

Kremali Levrek (Seabass in a Creamy Sauce), Soya soslu taze fasulye (Green beans with Soy Sauce), Deniz Bogrulcesi (Samphire salad), Octopus Salad, with a Green Salad

Dinner
Orman Kebabi (Lamb Stew with Mixed Vegetable) Eggs, Korili Pilav (Rice with Curry Sauce) and or Akdeniz Salatasi (Mediterranean salad), Cacik (Cucumber Garlic and Mint in Yoghurt), Zeytinyagli Kereviz (Celeriac with Olive Oil)

Grida Bugulama (White Grouper steamed with Vegetables), Halka Kalamar (Fried Calamari), Beyaz Serapli Jumbo Karides (Prawns in a White Wine Sauce), Peynirli Patlican Dolmasi (Stuffed Aubergine with Cheese), Kuskonmazli Yesil Salata (Asparagus Salad)

Dinner
Kuzu Pirzola (Lamb Chops), Kasik Salata (Finely chopped Mixed Salad with Walnuts), Zeytinyagli Barbunya (Borlotti Beans in Olive Oil), Beluga Mercimekli Salata (Black Lentil Salad), Kremali Pancar (Beetroots in a Creamy Sauce), Patates Puresi (Mashed Potatoes)
