Depending on the everchanging seasons, availability of Produce, port location and kitchen amenities all our Menus can be changeable. Our AlaTurka chefs also have their own speciality dishes that they will want to share with you. Our Menus can also be customized to suit any of your special requests, religious preferences and your health / dietary requirements please don’t hesitate to ask.

Daily Luxury Breakfast (Throughout the week excluding Day 1)
Consists of 3 types of the following items: Cheese, Jams, Honey, Olives, with Freshly Baked Bread. Boiled or Scrambled Eggs, Omelette or Turkish Menemen. Smoked Chicken /Turkey, Turkish Gozleme /Pancake, Borek or Crepe. Turkish Sucuk, Sausage, Salami, Tomato, Cucumber, Cornflakes, Cereals, Milk, Yogurt, Fruit, Coffee, Tea and Orange Juice.
Daily Tea-Time (Throughout the week excluding Day 1)
With our Luxury Menu every day at tea-time Teatime, we will serve Tea Coffee and Pastries
Daily After Dinner
Every evening after dinner we will serve seasonal mix fruits and Desserts.
Steamed seasonal Fresh Fish (Grida, Akya, or Laos), Octopus Salad, Pasta with Prawns, Calamari, Fried Seaweed with Garlic and Olive Oil, served with a Greek Salad.
Dondurmalı İrmik Helvasi (Local ice Cream Dessert)
Manti with Yogurt (Traditional Turkish Ravioli), Fried Vegetables, Green Beans with Olive Oil and Salad.
Mix Grill: Lamb Chops, Lamb Shish, Chicken Wings, Baked Potato, Aubergine Salad (Grilled Aubergines, Onions and Peppers mashed with Lemon, Garlic and Olive Oil), Atom (Spicy Yogurt with Walnut) with Mediterranian Salad.
Kabak Tatlisi (Sweet Roasted Pumpkin)
Dolma with Minced Meat (Stuffed Pepper with Rice), Mucver (Courgette Patty), Haydari Yogurt Dip, Fried Fresh Beans and Salad.
Fresh Fish (Sea Bass / Cipura), Prawns, Calamari, served with Broccoli, Pasta, Potato Salad, Rocket and Green Salad.
Firinda Helva (Tahini Helva with Lemon, baked in the oven)
Creamy Mushroom Penne, Shakshuka (Fried Vegetables in a Tomato Sauce), Carrot Yogurt Dip with a Fresh Seasonal Salad.
